Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement and manage sales office and operations to achieve the area target
• Manage, supervise and lead sub-ordinates to achieve overall business budget
• Motivate and enhance the performance of sales teams to maximise local market business opportunities
• Oversee resource management, including capacity planning, productivity, staff discipline and compliance
• Review weekly sales targets / activities and identify the need for coaching and direction to ensure targets are met
• Maintains awareness of competitors’ activities and industry best practices
• Ensures cross selling and deep selling (consumers to hold more than one product)
• Approves quality credits as per approving matrix
• Ensures daily operations of designated area are working within TAT
• Attends to LDC and operational issues tactfully and diligently
• Maximises sales office’s profitability and other KPIs set for the Division
• Holds regular meetings with designated area staff to cascade management’s directions, goals and guidelines, etc.
• Maintains good rapport with business associates to ensure service standards on turnaround time for credit application processing and approval are consistently met
