Job summary

RHB Group in Malaysia seeks a Sales Manager to develop, implement and manage the business plan to maximize sales and achieve targets and KPIs. You will collaborate with teams to meet sales goals and drive customer acquisition.

You will motivate, guide and coach sales personnel, plan marketing and sales campaigns, leverage community relationships and build a network of local business contacts while promoting cross-sales of retail banking products such as ASB, PF and credit cards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage business plan to maximize sales and achieve target & business KPIs.
• Jointly establish & ensure sales target are met by sales personnel
• Solicit and drive sales to ensure team overall objective and sales target are met
• Motivate, guide and coach sales personnel
• Jointly develop and plan for marketing and sales campaign
• Leverage on community relationships to maximize sales
• Develop and maintain a network of local business contacts
• Cross selling of other retail banking products eg. ASB, PF, credit cards, and etc.
