Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – HCM / Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support implementation and delivery of enterprise-grade HCM and Learning platforms.

You will translate HR/L&D requirements into functional specifications, support configuration, testing and deployment, and deliver comprehensive documentation and training for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with enterprise HCM or LMS platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to map requirements to system specs.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to communicate with clients and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand HR/L&D requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Develop business process flows, BRDs, functional specs and testing artifacts.
• Support system configuration, validation, testing, UAT and deployment activities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and training materials.
