Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive HR Executive to join the HR team with a focus on Learning & Development and Recruitment. The role involves coordinating training, managing development initiatives and handling end-to-end recruitment to support talent needs.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years HR experience, a relevant degree, and familiarity with HRD Corp processes. The role offers exposure to HR projects and systems within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years HR experience
• Bachelor's or Diploma in HR/BA/psychology
• Familiarity with HRD Corp grant processes is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer internal and external training programmes
• Support annual training plan and training calendar
• Coordinate with departments to identify training needs and follow up on development requirements
• Manage day-to-day recruitment activities including ads, screening and interviews
• Coordinate offers, onboarding and induction for new hires
• Assist with employee engagement and HR projects
