We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – HCM / Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support the implementation and delivery of enterprise-grade HCM and Learning platforms.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal technical teams to understand business and HR/L&D requirements, translate them into functional system specifications, and support the implementation, configuration, testing and deployment of HCM/Learning solutions.
The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with enterprise HCM platforms, particularly Learning/LMS modules, and preferably experience with platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Workday Learning, SABA or Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD).
Key responsibilities:
Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business, HR and Learning & Development (L&D) requirements.
Conduct requirements gathering, business process analysis and gap analysis.
Translate business requirements into clear and well‑defined functional specifications.
Develop business process flows, functional requirements and solution documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve HR/L&D processes through technology and system solutions.
Support the implementation and delivery of enterprise‑grade HCM and Learning Management Systems.
Work closely with technical teams, developers and QA teams to translate business requirements into system solutions.
Support system configuration, validation and testing activities.
Participate in system integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
Ensure solutions meet agreed business requirements and project objectives.
Provide functional expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and enterprise Learning platforms.
Support the design and implementation of learning processes, including learning administration, course management, learning assignments, training records and related workflows.
Advise clients on L&D and Learning technology best practices.
Gather user feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of Learning solutions.
Act as a key point of contact between clients, business stakeholders and technical teams.
Lead or participate in client meetings, requirement workshops and project discussions.
Provide project updates and communicate issues, risks and requirements effectively.
Support UAT, deployment, end‑user training and post‑go‑live activities.
Provide functional support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including:
Ensure project documentation is accurate, clear and aligned with agreed requirements.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Human Resources or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, HCM Functional Consultant, HRIS Consultant or similar role.
Experience working in a client‑facing environment and/or software vendor/consulting environment is highly preferred.
Hands‑on experience with enterprise‑grade HCM or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Strong experience in at least one Learning / LMS module within an enterprise HCM platform is highly preferred.
Experience with one or more of the following platforms will be an advantage:
Experience in other HCM modules such as Performance Management, Talent Management or Succession & Development will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of business requirements gathering, process mapping, functional specifications and UAT.
Good understanding of HR and/or Learning & Development processes.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
