Job summary

AtQuest Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an HCM Functional Consultant (Learning Module) to manage client projects across HCM platforms and contribute to LMS implementations.

The role requires strong instructional design skills, experience with enterprise HCM systems, and the ability to translate client requirements into actionable specifications. Client-facing collaboration and post-go-live support are essential parts of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a business analyst with client-facing projects in a vendor environment.
• Solid knowledge of enterprise HCM platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, SABA, Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD).
• Experience in Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Talent Management modules on enterprise-grade HCM platforms.
• Strong instructional design skills and good knowledge in technology.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for clients’ projects implementation on HCM Platforms.
• Act as the main contact points for clients, proactively collaborate to understand user requirements.
• Collaborate with developers and QA on system configuration, testing and validation to translate requirements into specs.
• Develop and implement LMS solutions and provide L&D consulting.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, requirements, blueprints, process diagrams, tests, progress updates, training materials.
• Lead client meetings, project updates, deployment, UAT and application support.
• Provide end-user training, post go-live support and troubleshooting.
• Gather client feedback to drive continuous improvement in products and processes.

HCM Functional Consultant (Learning Module)

• Responsible for clients’ projects implementation on HCM Platforms
• Act as the main contact points for clients, proactively collaborate with clients to understand user requirements.
• Work closely with developers and QA on system configuration, testing and validation activities to transform client requirements into well-defined specifications to ensure successful project delivery.
• Developing and implementing LMS solutions and providing L&D consulting. (provide L&D best practices).
• Prepare and maintain clear project documentation, including implementation plans, requirements, business blueprints, process flow diagrams, testing scripts, progress updates, training materials to ensure transparency and alignment among all stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings, project progress updates, technical deployment, UAT and application support.
• Provide client end user training, post go-live support and troubleshooting.
• Gather client feedback to drive continuous improvement in products and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science and related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as business analyst. Experience with client-facing projects/vendor environment are essential.

• Strong Instructional Design Skills, and strong knowledge in technology field.
