Job summary

atQuest Solution Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Business Analyst for HCM and Learning Management Systems. You will gather HR/L&D requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support configuration, testing, and deployment of enterprise-grade HCM and LMS solutions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with LMS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD), Workday Learning or SABA, and a proven ability to work with clients and technical teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related discipline is required.
Hands-on experience with enterprise HCM or LMS systems is required.
Experience in client-facing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Understand business, HR and L&D requirements from clients and stakeholders.
Translate requirements into functional specifications and design system solutions.
Support configuration, testing, UAT and deployment of HCM/LMS platforms.
Contribute to process improvement of HR/L&D through technology.
Collaborate with tech teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Provide documentation such as BRD, functional specs and test scripts.
Assist in client meetings and project updates.
