Job summary

ibis Styles Johor Iskandar Puteri is seeking a Guest Services lead to oversee the daily Front Desk operations and guest services, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs and exceptional service.

You will train staff, resolve guest issues, collaborate with Housekeeping and Maintenance, and maintain full knowledge of hotel products and services. Strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–3 years in guest services or a similar hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues and guests
• Excellent customer service skills and enjoy creating delightful moments for guests
• Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk and guest services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address guest issues or complaints.
• Conduct staff training and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance and other departments.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel products and services.
• Be fully familiar with the Emergency Procedures, Policies and Standard Operating Procedures as established by the Hotel.
