Job summary

ibis Styles Johor Iskandar Puteri is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead all Front Office operations, ensuring service standards align with the hotel’s strategic plan. You will monitor occupancy, supervise front desk staff and drive guest satisfaction across departments.

The role requires a Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management, 3+ years in a similar role, and strong English communication. Proficiency in Excel/Word/PowerPoint is preferred; multilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Ability to speak other languages is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and powerpoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the Front Office operations in line with the hotel’s plan.
• Analyze market trends, review rooming lists and Upsell rooms to improve yield.
• Coordinate full house situations and relocate duties during overbooking.
• Coordinate major group movements for meetings and conferences.
• Manage daily room inventory and liaise with Housekeeping on arrivals.
• Develop and conduct staff training programs to meet business needs.
