Qualifications

• 2–3 years in guest services or related hospitality role.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk and guest services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address guest issues or complaints.
• Conduct staff training and uphold customer service standards.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance and other departments.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel products and services.
• Be familiar with Emergency Procedures and SOPs.
