Job summary

TGV Cinemas is seeking a Full Time Customer Relations Officer for TGV Sunway Putra. You will welcome guests, answer questions, and help ensure a smooth cinema experience for all visitors.

You will also support social media updates, monitor feedback, and assist with promotions, while delivering friendly service and quick issue resolution. This position requires weekend and holiday shift availability.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Friendly and good at talking to people.
• Able to solve problems calmly.
• Basic computer and mobile app skills.
• Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the cinema.
• Greet guests, assist with tickets, seating, and directions.
• Answer questions about movies, showtimes and promotions.
• Handle complaints politely and resolve issues quickly.
• Assist with cinema operations to keep the venue clean and orderly.
