TGV Cinemas Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly Customer Relations Officer to help guests enjoy their cinema experience. You will answer questions, resolve issues, greet guests, assist with tickets and seating, and promote our brand on social media.

The role requires strong communication, calm problem solving, basic computer skills, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. You’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering great service and memorable visits for every guest.

Formación

• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Friendly and good at talking to people.
• Able to solve problems calmly.
• Basic computer and mobile app skills.
• Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
