Job summary

Madam Kwans Restaurant ( Suez Top Ventures Sdn Bhd) seeks a friendly Customer Relationship & Guest Experience Associate to greet guests, handle enquiries, and promote menu items to ensure a memorable dining experience.

You will collaborate with kitchen and service teams, manage feedback and reviews, and support promotional activities while maintaining a polished appearance and weekend/holiday rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and part-time candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm and professional manner.
• Attend to customer enquiries, feedback, and requests promptly.
• Check and ensure customers’ orders are served correctly and in a timely manner.
• Recommend menu items, signature dishes, and ongoing promotions to customers.
• Obtain feedback from customers regarding food quality, service, and overall dining experience.
• Monitor overall customer dining experience and service satisfaction.
• Encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews and ratings on platforms such as Google, Dianping, and other online review platforms.
• Assist in handling customer complaints or service recovery professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth outlet operations.
• Support outlet marketing or promotional activities when required.
• Maintain a clean, presentable, and professional appearance at all times.
• Support outlet activities and peak-hour operations when required.

Job Requirements:

Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply.

Part-time applicants are welcome.

Able to communicate in: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (preferred due to business and customer service needs)

Friendly, energetic, proactive, and customer-service oriented personality.

Presentable with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable interacting with customers and promoting positive guest engagement.

Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.

Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or customer service is an added advantage.

We are also open to anyone who would like to work part-time on weekends, and we are offering as low as RM15/hour for our part-time rate
