Job summary

Huckleberry Hospitality Group Sdn Bhd invites energetic individuals to join our premium hospitality brand as Service Staff in Kuala Lumpur. You will help deliver memorable guest experiences and assist with product recommendations and purchases in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Join our team to support opening/closing procedures, stock management, and promotional displays while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation across outlets.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, cafe, restaurant, or customer service roles preferred.
• Promote cakes, pastries, beverages, specials and ongoing promotions.
• Positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive customer service.
• Assist guests with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
• Process orders and payments accurately using POS systems.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock management
• Ensure products are well-stocked, displayed, and presented according to company standards.
• Check product labels, pricing and expiry dates.
• Ensure all promotional items and marketing collaterals are displayed correctly and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the outlet at all times.
• Support daily opening and closing procedures.
• Support pre-order sales for cakes, hampers and festive items.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth outlet operations.
• Assist in achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities
