Job summary

Genting Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Bell Assistant at Genting Highlands. You will assist guests with their bags, greet them and provide high-quality service, and escort them to their rooms. You may also park and retrieve guests’ vehicles and help with their needs, while explaining hotel rules and facility usage.

The role requires a pleasant personality, basic education (PMR), and the ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. This is a full-time position based at Genting Highlands.

Qualifications

• Minimum PMR passed.
• Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Pleasant personality and customer-focused demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with their bags and luggage.
• Courteously greet customers and provide high-quality service.
• Escort guests to their respective hotel rooms.
• Occasionally park and retrieve guests' vehicles.
• Assist customers with their needs during their stay.
• Explain hotel rules and show guests how to use facilities.
