• Handle check-in and check-out transactions.
• Input guest dates into GHPMS system.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and provide change.
• Make and confirm reservations for guests.
• Post charges to guest folio (room, meals, calls, etc.).
• Arrange restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations for guests.
