Job summary

Genting Highlands welcomes applicants for a Guest Service Assistant role. You will provide friendly and efficient service to guests and visitors at the resort, helping with check-in experiences and guiding guests through available entertainment and transport options.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, a Diploma in Hotel Management or related fields, and fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin or other Chinese dialects. Height requirements apply for selected candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification with 1-2 years in a customer-oriented environment.
• Diploma holders in Hotel Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines encouraged.
