Job summary

Romanee Conte Estate Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a hotel front desk associate at Genting Highlands. You will warmly welcome guests, check in/out, respond to inquiries, and ensure data is accurately recorded in the hotel system.

You will coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs, work on a morning/evening/night shift rotation, and contribute to smooth operations. A minimum of SPM/ Diploma/ Degree is required, with English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of SPM, Diploma, or Degree in relevant fields.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work morning, evening, and night shifts on a rotation basis.
