Job summary

SnT Global Logistics Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Business Development Support to assist the BD team with identifying opportunities, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining customer relationships in our Subang Jaya office.

You will handle sales administration, prepare quotations, manage the sales pipeline, and support meetings and site visits. Fresh graduates with strong communication and coordination skills are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales coordination, customer service, or logistics.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and coordination skills may be considered.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel for customer meetings or site visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and follow up on new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and business documents.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and customer database.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, and customer appointments.
• Support onboarding of new customers and documentation.
• Assist BD Manager with daily business development activities.
• Participate in customer visits, networking events, and business meetings when required.
• Support onboarding of new customers and coordinate relevant documentation.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.
