Job summary

EZYTRONIC SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, respond to customer inquiries, and manage quotations and follow-ups. You will coordinate with internal departments and ensure timely communication of updates and promotions to customers.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply. Training and guidance are provided by senior leads.

Qualifications

• Possess at least SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
• Able to speak Mandarin; English will be an added advantage.
• Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist on customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
• Assist sales representative in preparing quotations & follow-up.
• Proactively follow up with the customers quotation and incoming sales order.
• Assist on customer issues and concerns, escalating to the appropriate channels when necessary.
• Monitor order status and address any issues that may arise during the fulfilment process.
• Collaboration between sales representatives and other internal departments.
• Keep informed customer about relevant updates, promotions, and product information.
