Petroline Metal Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator / Sales Support in Johor Bahru. You will liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to manage enquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all documentation.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and emphasizes organization, proactive learning, and strong language and interpersonal skills for success in a busy trading environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum STPM / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented with good document handling skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as work effectively in a team.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Experience in sales coordination, purchasing, logistics, or trading will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide basic product information and product knowledge.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, delivery documents, and other sales-related documents.
• Monitor order status and closely follow up with customers and suppliers to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers on order requirements, delivery schedules, and related matters.
• Arrange shipments according to the agreed Sales/Purchase Order terms and customer shipping instructions.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customers upon shipment arrival.
• Assist with shipping document preparation, transport arrangements, and delivery coordination.
• Maintain proper records and ensure all sales and delivery documents are accurate and complete.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the sales team.
• Perform other duties related to sales coordination and order management as assigned.
