Job summary

Phillip Capital Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing & Growth Specialist to drive customer acquisition and digital growth across trading and investment platforms. You will lead paid media campaigns, optimise funnels, and build tracking infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on management of Meta, Google, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu ads, strong analytics, A/B testing, and budget stewardship.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of growth/ performance marketing or paid media buying.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Xiaohongshu Ads.
Manage full-funnel campaigns from ad impression to lead generation and account opening.
Monitor and optimise key metrics including CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently and identify opportunities to scale campaign performance.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, targeting, placements, and landing pages.
Monitor campaign and creative performance, refresh ad creatives, and pause underperforming campaigns.
Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure including Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, and CAPI.
Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting across campaigns.
Build performance reports and dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve lead quality and campaign profitability.
Support organic social media growth and align content strategies with paid campaigns.
Work with internal teams to improve campaign creatives, messaging, lead management, and conversion performance.
