Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing analytics or data-driven marketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau or Looker.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign management.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and budget utilization.
• Analyze KPIs such as CPA, CPL, CPC, CTR, CPM, ROAS.
• Identify data-driven optimizations to improve results.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives and audiences.
• Scale successful campaigns while maintaining ROI.
• Collaborate with creative, account servicing and tech teams.
• Stay updated on platform changes and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate campaign records and reporting.
• Utilize AI tools and data analysis to improve efficiency.
