Job summary

Pali Pali Trading Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to lead paid digital customer acquisition across Meta, Google, and TikTok.

You will design, launch, and optimize campaigns, track core metrics, perform A/B tests, and present weekly GA4 insights to drive revenue and growth.

Strong analytical skills and 1–3 years of hands-on budget experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing budgets.
• Strong proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GTM, and GA4.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with dashboards and growth experiments.

Responsibilities

• Paid Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and scale daily campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Optimization & ROAS: Track and optimize CAC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• A/B Testing & Funnels: Test creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting to improve conversions.
• Analytics & Reporting: Analyze data via GA4 and present weekly performance insights.
