Qualifications

• 4–7+ years hands-on performance marketing experience
• Proven experience planning, running, and optimising paid campaigns end-to-end
• Strong track record of delivering measurable results (leads, sales, ROAS, CPA)
• Deep understanding of paid media platforms and analytics tools
• Solid grasp of funnel optimisation and conversion principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end-to-end performance marketing strategies aligned with client objectives
• Plan budgets, channel mix, and funnel strategies across paid platforms
• Define KPIs, targets, and measurement frameworks (CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC)
• Identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies for accounts
• Lead the setup, management, and optimisation of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn
• Drive continuous testing of audiences, creatives, offers, and formats
• Monitor performance daily and optimise for efficiency and scale
• Ensure best practices in account structure, tracking, and attribution
• Oversee conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics setup (GA4, GTM, CAPI)
• Translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Prepare and present performance reports with business-focused narratives
• Client Communication & Stakeholder Management: Act as trusted advisor to clients
