Job summary

One People Team in Malaysia is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own planning, execution and optimisation of digital campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok.

You will manage budgets, test strategies, analyze data and work with teams across marketing and commercial functions to drive acquisition, conversions and growth.

Experience with GA4, conversion tracking, and e-commerce platforms is a plus; strong analytical, creative and commercial instincts are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital customer acquisition
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads with campaign planning and optimisation
• Experience with GA4, conversion tracking and performance reporting tools
• E-commerce or consumer-facing business experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads to drive customer acquisition, conversions and sales.
• Monitor budgeting and performance to improve CAC, CPA and ROAS.
• Develop audiences, creatives and messaging; collaborate with marketing, creative and commercial teams to improve engagement and conversions.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance across digital channels including e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Support non-paid growth initiatives like SEO, CRM, affiliate marketing and partnerships.
• Maintain accurate tracking, analytics and reporting to translate data into actionable insights.
