Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking a Digital Marketing professional in Malaysia to drive performance campaigns, CRM initiatives, and app growth across multiple channels. The role emphasizes data-driven optimization and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve growth targets.

The candidate should have 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, hands-on campaign management across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and more, and strong analytics skills to maximize ROAS and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of Digital Marketing experience, agency and/or in-house.
• Hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Display, Affiliate, and App channels.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and key KPIs (Sales, Traffic, ROAS, Conversion Rate, CAC, App Membership).
• Experience using analytics tools GA4, Looker Studio, Search Console, Appsflyer, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive online sales growth through performance marketing, CRM, app member acquisition, and customer retention.
• Plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Display, Affiliates, and App channels.
• Monitor key metrics such as Sales, Traffic, Conversion Rate, ROAS, New Customers, and App Member growth.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and execute CRM campaigns via Email, App Push Notifications, and member programs.
• Drive app downloads, membership growth, customer retention, and O2O conversion.
• Manage campaigns from planning to execution, including briefs and asset coordination across platforms.
