Job summary

Monee is seeking a hands-on digital marketing professional in Kuala Lumpur to plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You will partner with Product, Creative, PR, and Regional Marketing to ensure campaigns meet regional objectives and ROI targets.

The role requires 1–4+ years of experience in performance marketing, strong analytics, and proficiency with GA/GTМ and Looker Studio for tracking and reporting. Localisation skills for Malaysia are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or marketplace.
• Hands-on campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Strong data-driven approach and ability to optimise based on metrics.
• Familiar with GA, GTM and Looker Studio for tracking and analysis.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong localisation capability for Malaysia market.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise online marketing campaigns across key channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, RTB).
• Manage paid media strategies to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance based on KPIs (CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CVR).
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Localise regional campaigns to fit Malaysia market behaviour and trends.
• Manage and allocate media budgets to maximise ROI.
