PJ in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok while driving ecommerce growth through paid and organic channels.

You will optimize campaigns, test creatives, and collaborate with ecommerce teams to convert traffic into revenue. Strong analytics, CAC/ROAS improvements, and budget discipline are essential for scaling online sales.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns for e‑commerce or DTC brands.
• Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads, including Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
• Experience managing monthly advertising budgets in the six‑figure Malaysian ringgit range.
• Proven ability to improve CAC and ROAS, not just increase spend.
• Proficiency in GA4, advertising platform analytics and performance dashboards.
• Good understanding of e‑commerce sales funnels and platforms like Shopify.
• Exposure to SEO, content marketing, CRM/email marketing, affiliate marketing or partnerships.
• Strong communication skills to present performance to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in tracking, reporting and budgets.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving business environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and launch campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Manage daily budgets and allocate spend across channels and markets.
• Continuously optimise campaigns to reduce CAC and improve ROAS.
• Collaborate with design to test creative assets, audiences, messaging and offers.
• Plan campaigns around seasonal peaks and product launches.
• Monitor trends and platform updates to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and manage TikTok Shop advertising to increase visibility and sales.
• Coordinate with content creators and affiliates for promotion.
• Support organic growth channels and CRM/email marketing.
• Prepare weekly performance reports with insights and clear explanations.
