Job summary

Salmon Group Ltd seeks a Performance Marketing Manager to join the User Acquisition team and own end-to-end results. You will run paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more, while collaborating with creative and analytics teams to optimize campaigns.

You will manage experiments, build a scalable funnel, and focus on channels that drive volume and ROAS, with hands-on optimization and partner coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Proven ability to run and optimize campaigns across major channels.
• Strong understanding of attribution, analytics, and funnels.

Responsibilities

• Run paid acquisition for Salmon products across Meta, TikTok, Google and other channels.
• Be involved in creative production — generate new concepts, collect creative references.
• Own paid growth end-to-end — decide channels, creatives, and funnels to scale.
• Collaborate with creative, product, web/SEO, and analytics teams to land campaigns.
• Maintain a structured experiment tracking system so learnings compound.
