Job summary

Million Dream Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition and growth for our online entertainment platform. You will own player acquisition, first deposit conversion, ROAS, and LTV across multiple GEOs, driving high-quality deposits and long-term value.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with CRM/Retention and Creative teams, and continuously test and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic channels to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance marketing and paid acquisition.
• Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS and LTV metrics.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads; familiarity with Google/TikTok ads is a plus.
• Experience planning, launching, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns.
• Knowledge of attribution tracking and funnel optimization.
• Able to manage budgets and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall performance marketing and player acquisition strategy.
• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Geo(s) and channels.
• Own key KPIs: CPA, First Deposit, Deposit conversion, ROAS, CAC, LTV.
• Manage budgets based on traffic quality and profitability.
• Analyze the acquisition funnel from click to retention.
• Identify high-performing campaigns, audiences, creatives, GEOs and traffic sources.
• Collaborate with CRM/Retention to convert new players to long-term users.
• Work with Creative teams on promotional creatives and campaigns.
• Run continuous A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, audiences and funnels.
• Monitor market trends, acquisition costs, and promotions across GEOs.
• Explore new traffic sources and diversification opportunities.
• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and performance reporting.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights.
• Provide management with actionable takeaways and scaling opportunities.
