Job summary

Osome Pte Ltd is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive to own the paid growth engine for our services across diverse markets. You will set up, run, and optimise campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Quora, and more, while communicating the rationale behind performance to stakeholders.

You will own day-to-day execution, testing, and budget pacing, partnering with the Performance Marketing Manager to hit CAC, CPL, and ROAS targets and drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience building and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong data-driven decision making with CAC/ROAS awareness.
• Ability to explain performance insights to non-specialists.

Responsibilities

• Campaign execution across Google, Meta, Eurostaffs, TikTok, Reddit, Quora, Bing and X; run A/B tests.
• Ongoing optimization with daily/weekly checks, adjusting bids and budgets.
• Coordinate creative and landing pages with designers and product teams.
• Plan and run structured experiments across audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor monthly budgets and flag overspend or underspend early.
• Provide clear updates to internal stakeholders and support client calls as needed.
