Job summary

Cadfem Malaysia Sdn Bhd invites a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to lead sales and business development in Malaysia. You will drive revenue growth, manage a sales team, and expand market presence by engaging with enterprise, defense, and government customers.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in software sales, a strong grasp of CAE (Ansys) solutions, and a track record of securing new logos. Bachelor's or master's in engineering or business is preferred, with bold negotiation and strategic

Minimum 7 years of software sales experience to corporate, Enterprise, defense and government.
Proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and C-level connections.
Experience with CAE software sales and large account management.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Responsibilities

Performs Sales activities for new and renewal business for an assigned geographic area to achieve revenue objectives.
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers.
Creates and conducts sales presentations to match the company’s products/services with identified needs.
Provide accurate forecast for the new sales and renewal revenues to management.
Collaborate closely with principal Ansys to deliver double-digit growth and acquire 5–7 new logos per quarter.
Meet new business, renewal and services goals for the assigned territory / strategy account.
Develop, maintain, and implement account plans that maximize account revenues.
