Job summary

RELDYN TECH SDN. BHD. seeks a Business Development Manager — Sales & Lead Generation to own a territory across ASEAN, with a hybrid role based in Malaysia.

You will generate and manage a robust pipeline, qualify opportunities, and drive deals from discovery to close, collaborating with marketing, pre-sales and delivery teams. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years selling software, IT services or SaaS, and can navigate enterprise procurement, pricing models and SLAs. Travel is ~20–30%.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, CS, or IT
• MBA is a plus
• 5–8 years in BD or enterprise sales in software/tech services
• Experience selling software, IT services, SaaS, cloud or managed services

Responsibilities

• Generate and refresh target lists based on an ICP; prospect weekly via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn
• Research each account to ensure relevant first touch
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and fast follow-ups on inbound leads
• Generate leads at events and via partner ecosystems; referrals from existing clients
• Maintain a clean, segmented lead database and focus on high-value opportunities
• Lead full sales cycle: discovery, demos/POCs, RFI/RFP/RFQ, proposals, pricing, negotiations, close
