ACAD SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. is seeking a customer-focused sales professional in Batu Kawan, Penang, to drive business growth for CAD, 3D design, and rendering software solutions. You will visit sites, meet industry professionals, and tailor software recommendations to project needs.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, pipeline development, and after-sales support. Fresh graduates and diploma holders are welcome, with a strong emphasis on communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Candidates with a background in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Design, Construction, or related fields are highly encouraged to apply.
Experience or knowledge in interior design, space planning, 3D modelling, rendering, or CAD software will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits, follow-ups, and after-sales service.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through customer visits, networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales activities.
Conduct face-to-face meetings and site visits with customers, interior designers, architects, contractors, developers, and other industry professionals.
Understand customers' project requirements and recommend CAD, 3D design, rendering, and related software solutions.
Prepare quotations, follow up on sales enquiries, negotiate with customers, and close sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update sales activities and opportunities.
Coordinate with principals, suppliers, technical support, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations with support from the technical team.
Attend exhibitions, seminars, networking events, customer events, and other marketing activities to generate new leads.
Maintain regular communication with customers and provide professional after-sales support.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall business development objectives.
