Job summary

Hitachi Sunway Information Systems Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Specialist for Simulation Software (CAE, CFD, FEA, Virtual Twin) to drive revenue through hunting new logos and farming existing accounts across ASEAN. You will demonstrate high-value technical solutions to engineers and executives, manage long sales cycles, and position simulation workflows as essential to accelerate product development.

The role requires a mechanical, aerospace, or related engineering degree, 3-5+ years in technical

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
3-5+ years of experience in technical software sales, specifically simulation software such as Simcenter STAR-CCM+ or similar.
Proven track record in hunting new business, managing long enterprise sales cycles, and exceeding quotas.
Strong understanding of CAE, virtual prototyping, and simulation workflows.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in defined territories or industry verticals.
Analyze customer technical challenges and provide strategic, value-based solutions with ROI.
Deliver technical demonstrations and live software presentations to engineers, managers, and executives.
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing with accurate forecasting.
