Newera Malaysia Group (HR Recruit Solutions & Technology Consulting) is seeking a driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, run, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and more. You’ll manage six-figure monthly budgets, analyze performance, and implement data-driven strategies to acquire customers and improve ROI.

You will collaborate with retention, content, and SEO teams while mentoring junior marketers and delivering timely reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years (or 3–5+ years) of experience in Digital/Performance Marketing.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, media buying, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic/native platforms.

Responsabilités

• Plan, launch, and manage high-impact campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display, and other paid media platforms.
• Own, manage and monitor media budgets, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI.
• Evaluate campaign profitability and prepare budget recommendations for future initiatives.
• Design and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CAC.
• Execute A/B testing and optimization experiments to improve creatives, audiences, and funnels.
