Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in Meta/Facebook and TikTok ads, plus skills in content creation using Canva/CapCut. The role offers growth opportunities and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing or Lead Generation.
• Experience managing Meta/Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Proven experience in generating leads or customer enquiries through digital marketing.
• Able to create attractive social media content and short-form videos.
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut or other content creation tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate customer enquiries and leads.
• Manage and grow the company's Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Plan and create engaging content, promotional posts, short videos and advertisements.
• Manage and optimize Facebook/Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns.
• Identify suitable target audiences and develop campaigns to reach potential customers.
• Monitor campaign performance, leads, cost per lead and advertising results.
• Continuously test and improve different content, creatives, audiences and campaigns to increase enquiries.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure generated leads are properly transferred and recorded.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing performance and lead generation results.
• Keep up to date with current social media trends, advertising strategies and digital marketing tools.
