Job summary

UpGrowth HR Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube and more. You will own budgets, analyze ROI and deliver data-driven insights to improve performance.

You will collaborate with SEO/content teams, conduct market research, and mentor junior marketers while driving six-figure monthly ad budgets and strong growth across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, media buying, and conversion optimization.
• Hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic/native platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display, and other paid media platforms.
• Own and monitor media budgets, ensuring efficient spend and ROI.
• Evaluate campaign profitability and prepare budget recommendations.
• Design and implement performance marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, CAC.
• Execute A/B testing and conversion experiments to optimize creatives, audiences, and funnels.
• Collaborate with the Customer Retention Management teams to develop customer segmentation strategies.
• Collaborate with content and SEO teams to improve website visibility and organic search performance.
• Monitor industry trends, consumer behaviour, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
• Conduct market research to identify new customer acquisition channels.
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Improve campaign workflows, reporting efficiency, and marketing processes.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior marketing team members where required.
