Job summary

CK GROUP is seeking a digital marketing specialist in Kuala Lumpur to develop, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google and social platforms. The role focuses on driving high-quality traffic, improving ROAS, and delivering measurable results through careful budget allocation and ongoing optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a marketing degree, hands-on experience with Facebook/YouTube/Google ads, and strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, business management, or related field.
• Experience with FB, IG, YouTube, Google, SMS & email marketing.
• Google Ads Search & Display certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM; real estate experience advantageous.
• Mandarin language knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and monitor digital initiatives to drive conversions, revenue, and profitability across paid search and social campaigns.
• Manage multi-channel digital campaigns and optimize for ROI.
• Create and analyze weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with sales and client services to meet client needs.
• Coordinate with designers to produce assets and ensure brand consistency.
