Job summary

Respack Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, a leading plastic packaging manufacturer in Malaysia, seeks a Corporate Sales Executive for the Central Region to identify and drive new business opportunities and expand our client base.

You will engage with potential clients, tailor packaging solutions, deliver compelling presentations, negotiate deals, and maintain a healthy pipeline while collaborating with sales and marketing to execute GTM strategies in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in new business development, preferably in packaging or plastics industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven mindset with keen opportunity identification.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and qualify new leads through cold outreach and network.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored packaging solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers.
• Negotiate and close new business deals and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and accurately forecast sales.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
