The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/business, 1–3 years in RM/credit processing and strong customer service skills. Training and career development are provided, with a focus on compliance and client value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Banking or equivalent.
• Credit certification is preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years in relationship management, credit processing and cross-selling.
• Expertise in commercial banking products, financial analysis and credit write-ups.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive business growth and market share by cross-selling AmBank Group's products and services.
• Achieve budget/targets in total revenue, fee income, PBT and ROE for the team.
• Build and manage key client relationships with a consultative approach.
• Identify and develop new opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Cross-sell products to increase client wallet share via account planning with product specialists.
• Provide training and guidance to team members (Senior RM).
• Negotiate and structure deals with clients, delivering holistic value-added solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies, systems and procedures.
• Report on deficiencies and areas for productivity or internal control improvements.
