AmBank Group in Seremban invites applications for a Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking. The role focuses on growing the client base, cross-selling the bank's full suite of products, and managing key commercial relationships.

You will work to meet revenue targets, analyze clients' financing needs, structure deals, and provide holistic solutions while ensuring policy compliance and strong customer service. Experience in commercial banking and credit is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Banking.
• Credit certification is preferred.
• 4–7 years of proven work experience in relationship management and cross-selling.
• Expertise in commercial banking products and services.

Responsabilités

• Drive business growth, increase market share and profitability via cross-selling of AmBank Group's products and services.
• Achieve the agreed budget/targets in total revenue, fee income, PBT, ROE for the team.
• Market and manage key client relationships on a consultative approach by understanding the clients' business and financing requirements.
• Identify & develop new biz opportunities with existing & potential clients. Ensure customers' needs are met while maintaining Division's profitability.
• Cross-sell products and services to increase clients' share of wallet by developing an account plan in consultation with the relevant product specialists.
• Provide training and guidance to team members includes problem solving (Sr. RM).
• Negotiate and structure deals with clients. Provide holistic value-added solutions.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's operating and accounting policies, systems and procedures.
• Report and make recommendations on any identified deficiency or areas requiring improvement in productivity or internal control.
