Job summary

JAC Recruitment International, on behalf of a fast-growing B2B e‑commerce platform in Malaysia, is seeking a Product Manager to drive growth, retention and revenue through personalized digital features.

You will own recommendation initiatives, lead upsell/cross-sell automation, collaborate with Sales and Customer Success, and define success metrics while improving data quality and LTV.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience with at least 3 years in product management in e-commerce environments.
• Ownership of product strategy, roadmap and feature delivery.
• Data-driven with cross-functional collaboration to translate needs into features.

Responsibilities

• Own recommendation and personalization initiatives within the EC with clear problem definitions.
• Drive automation of upselling and cross-selling via scalable workflows.
• Establish customer retention data capture and retention strategies within the EC.
• Identify CRM data gaps and lead enhancements to improve quality and visibility.
• Define success metrics pre-launch and optimize post-release outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to prioritize backlog.
• Analyze LTV and contribution margins; target improvements.
• Take ownership of departmental KPIs and business impact.
