Job summary

JAC Recruitment International is seeking a Digital Projects & eCommerce Manager in Kuala Lumpur to drive strategic development and daily optimization of core sales platforms. Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects and collaborate with IT, Product, Design and Marketing to align initiatives with business goals.

You will oversee promotions, manage platform performance, and support cross-functional teams to maximize revenue and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Business, IT, Marketing or equivalent practical experience.
• Good understanding of eCommerce user flows and digital touchpoints.
• Familiar with CMS and issue-tracking tools like Jira/ServiceNow.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Strong system administration and project management skills.
• Experience in eCommerce, app management, digital marketing, or IT support.

Responsibilities

• Content & Catalogue Maintenance: upload/update digital assets, product details, and marketing copy on platforms.
• Promotion Execution & Setup: configure discount codes and offers on Digital Sales App and eCommerce platform.
• First-Level Troubleshooting & Ticket Support: monitor feedback, log issues, resolve basic platform queries.
• IT Ticket Escalation & UAT Testing: liaise with IT for escalations and testing.
• Operational Data & Log Tracking: gather usage data and promo performance statistics.
• Administrative & Project Support: schedule vendor meetings, document minutes, prepare user guides.
