Job summary

JAC Recruitment International represents a leading MNC in the Retail industry seeking an E-Commerce Manager to lead the online strategy and accelerate growth across all online channels in Malaysia. The role focuses on developing strategic initiatives, optimizing the e-commerce platform, and driving traffic, conversions, and revenue through digital marketing, analytics, and efficient fulfillment.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
• Proven leadership in e-commerce or digital commerce roles.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and trends.
• Proficient in web analytics and digital marketing, including SEO/SEM.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing and improving e-commerce warehouse operations and KPI tracking.
• Experience optimizing logistics and fulfilment within the supply chain, including 3PL.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to grow online business and meet commercial objectives.
• Evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and digital innovations to strengthen e-commerce capabilities.
• Lead ongoing management and enhancement of the e-commerce platform for performance and engagement.
• Improve website functionality, navigation and UX to drive traffic and conversions.
• Oversee online merchandising with accurate product info, content, pricing, and promotions.
• Maintain product availability and catalogue accuracy via inventory management.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and revenue.
• Improve mobile apps and digital touchpoints using customer insights.
• Enhance the end-to-end online journey by addressing pain points.
• Analyse key metrics and trends to generate insights for decisions.
