Job summary

Respond is seeking a Product Manager (Growth) in Kuala Lumpur to own end-to-end product development for AI-powered experiences, focusing on activation, engagement, and retention. You will align multiple teams on growth outcomes, run in-platform experiments, and leverage AI to accelerate growth across the product.

You will partner across Engineering, Design, Support, Sales, and Marketing, owning requirements, GTM planning, and adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or equivalent in SaaS or fast-growth tech
• Hands-on AI tooling experience and growth/activation/retention focus
• Strong data fluency and ability to translate signals into strategy
• Experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel or PostHog)
• Excellent stakeholder management and written/spoken communication
• Solid understanding of discovery, prioritization, and software dev processes
• Basic technical knowledge to collaborate with engineers
• Customer-centric approach with ability to synthesize qualitative/quantitative signals
• Ability to drive end-to-end product delivery and GTM planning

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product delivery from discovery to launch and iteration
• Translate customer needs and priorities into clear problem statements and delivery plans
• Drive stakeholder alignment across Engineering, Design, Support, Sales and Marketing
• Synthesize analytics and customer signals into a growth-focused roadmap
• Lead growth experiments and share learnings to scale impact
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering and Design to ship with speed and quality
• Leverage AI to uncover opportunities that boost activation, engagement and retention
• Coordinate release readiness, enablement, rollout strategy and adoption
• Turn feedback and usage data into data-driven product decisions anchored on outcomes
