Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome and training provided.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Malay.
• Confident in phone-based communication with clients.
• Organised and able to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through outbound calling and prospecting.
• Conduct high-volume strategic calls to engage potential clients.
• Follow up with prospective clients via phone and email.
• Prepare and send BD emails, meetings confirmations.
• Schedule meetings and support client discussions.
• Maintain records of leads and opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Support relationships with clients and meet sales targets.
• Provide administrative support for business development activities.
