Job summary

BizAdvisor Digital in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Business Development Associate for a full-time, on-site role. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage client relationships to drive growth.

This role requires 2–4 years in BD, strong communication and presentation skills, and fluency in English; Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia is a plus. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver value to clients and achieve monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years in Business Development.
• Experience selling accounting, advisory, SaaS or consulting is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and other sales channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, CEOs, founders, and key decision-makers.
• Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings for our consulting team.
• Understand clients' business challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, and follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, seminars, and business meetings.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare weekly sales pipeline and activity reports.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
