Responsibilities

• Assist the Business Development team in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, target industries, and competitors.
• Coordinate meetings and follow up with prospective clients to understand their business requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
• Maintain and update customer information, sales pipelines, and business activities in the system.
• Support client onboarding and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal technical teams.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients to support customer satisfaction and retention.
• Follow up with clients to identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team on campaigns, events, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, market analysis, and business performance updates.
